We will NOT ship sheet metal or high damage parts out of state.
Any damage incurred in freight/shipping is the responsibility of the shipping/freight company used, NOT the vendor.

Return Policy

  • To arrange for any returns you may email customer service at .
  • A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
  • There is a 20% restocking fee charged against all returned parts.
  • Parts must be resaleable and in the original packaging with the factory part number intact.
  • Please ship your returns back in the same packaging they were sent to you in.
  • We cannot take back used parts.
  • We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
  • Electrical parts are not returnable.
  • We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
  • Returns need to be within 30 days of receipt.
  • All approved returns must be received back within 90 days of order placement.
  • Any order more than 90 days old is non-returnable unless the part is being replaced under warranty.
  • Navigation upgrades / updates are non-returnable after purchase.
  • We will no longer be able to return items that cost less than $10.00 to Toyota


Cancellation Policy

  • An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
  • If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 20% may apply.
